Notes"A watershed assessment is a process for determining how a watershed is working. The goal of this assessment of the Netarts Watershed (Tillamook County, OR) was to identify areas in the watershed in need of protection or restoration, and to provide the basis for an Action Plan for the Netarts Watershed Council." Nice historical overview of changes to the bay, focusing on stream channels in the bay. Like most Oregon watershed publications of the period, there is an emphasis on potentially threatened salmonid species. Good maps.
